3. Pricing & Quotations

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for the period stated on the quotation unless otherwise specified. Bulk pricing, trade pricing, and special order pricing may vary depending on stock availability and supplier costs.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared unless otherwise agreed in writing. Industrial Abrasives reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information provided is accurate.

5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and courier delays. Industrial Abrasives is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services. Customers collecting orders must provide proof of purchase or identification where required.

6. Warranty Policy

All power tools include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover:

1. Abrasive products
2. Normal wear and tear
3. Misuse or improper handling
4. Accidental damage
5. Unauthorized repairs or modifications. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be accepted at the discretion of Industrial Abrasives. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Special order items, used products, and consumables may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our side.

8. Repairs & Workshop Services

Industrial Abrasives Workshop offers repairs and servicing for power tools, air tools, and selected industrial machinery. No assessment fee applies to power tool and air tool inspections. Repair turnaround times may vary depending on parts availability and repair requirements. Quotes provided for repairs remain valid for the specified period only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Industrial Abrasives shall not be held liable for:

1. Indirect or consequential damages
2. Loss of income or business interruption
3. Delays caused by suppliers or third parties
4. Damages resulting from misuse of products

Customers use all products at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring products are used correctly and safely.
